For creators with skin in the game

Your audience.
Your brand.
Your factory.

We connect creators with vetted industrial manufacturers to build brands they actually own — not licensing deals. You own the product. The factory builds it for you.

A spokesperson gets rich.
A brand owner gets free.

The difference between them is who owns the asset when the game ends.

The money is moving.

The creator economy passed US$ 250B in 2024 and is projected to hit US$ 528B by 2030. But the real growth vector is no longer advertising — it's owned product.

Creator economy 2030
528B
Global USD projection. Bigger than the GDP of Israel or Singapore. Goldman Sachs Research.
Owned-product margin
3.7×
Higher than the average return from licensing. You keep the margin, not the commission.

First-mover window
18m
The head start before the model saturates your market. Every month counts.

You already have
the hard part. The audience.

All that's missing is the factory. That's where we come in.

From idea to shelf.

5 stages. 6 to 8 months from the first coffee to your product in your first customer's hands. You focus on the vision and the audience. We handle the rest.

01

Discovery

2–3 weeks

We sit down with you. We learn your audience, your passion, what you want to build. We map viable categories based on your real numbers and what fits your identity.

02

Sourcing

4–6 weeks

We comb the market for manufacturers that fit your product. 3 to 5 qualified candidates, technical visits, samples in your hands. You pick the partner.

03

Development

8–12 weeks

Formula, design, packaging, naming, brand identity. You approve every decision. Sensory testing and tweaks until it's exactly how you want it.

04

Pre-production

4–8 weeks

Contracts negotiated, MOQ set, pilot batch, quality validated. Everything ready to scale. You don't need to understand SLAs, the FDA or ANVISA — we handle it.

05

Go-to-Market

4–6 weeks + ongoing

E-commerce, drop strategy, first launch, logistics. Then: scale, physical retail, new SKUs, international. You launch when you're ready.

The model isn't theory.

Some of the biggest consumer companies of the last few years started exactly like this: a creator with a strong audience and a factory able to manufacture their vision.

You don't need
to understand manufacturing.

We do. You focus on what you do best.

What each side brings.

No fine print. Here's what you gain as an owner — and what we deliver to help you get there.

You

Real ownership.

  • Majority equity in your brand
  • Royalty on every product sold
  • Final say on formula, design and naming
  • Image rights stay with you
  • Pro-rata participation in any future exit or M&A
  • Freedom to build equity that outlasts the algorithm
Us

The heavy lifting.

  • Curation and matching with a qualified manufacturer
  • Contract, MOQ and timeline negotiation
  • Product, packaging and brand development
  • Regulatory compliance (ANVISA, FDA, labeling)
  • Launch and channel strategy
  • Ongoing operations until the brand runs on its own

What you're probably thinking.

The questions that come up in every first conversation. No spin.

It depends on the product type. In general, the initial investment for a serious launch ranges from US$ 60k to US$ 600k — far less than a traditional DTC brand with no audience (US$ 500k to 2M). In many cases we bring in capital partners or structures where you don't have to put in your own money. We discuss this in discovery.

The sweet spot is between 500k and 5M followers, but what really matters is real engagement (ideally 4%+) and a high-intent audience. We've structured projects with creators at 250k in very vertical niches, and with mega-creators at 10M+. Size helps, but quality and category fit matter more.

You own it. Majority equity, final say on product, royalty on sales. This isn't "a paid spokesperson for a fee." It's a real company — yours — that keeps existing even if you stop posting tomorrow. That's the core of our model, and what sets us apart from agencies and licensing platforms.

Physical consumer goods with an industrial model: supplements, beauty/cosmetics, functional drinks, snacks/food, coffee, gear/outdoor, fashion/apparel, pet. Each category has its own MOQ, margin and timing. In discovery we map which category fits your audience and identity best.

5 to 8 months between "done, let's go" and the first drop. Simpler categories (apparel, coffee) can ship in 3–4 months. More complex ones (cosmetics, functional drinks with proprietary formulation) take 6 to 9 months. We give a precise estimate in discovery.

Statistically, around 50–60% of first creator brands fail to scale. Our work starts precisely at reducing that risk — real demand validation before the big batch, low MOQ early on, industrial partners with an emergency-production clause, and a lean operation. If it doesn't take off commercially, the loss is contained and you learn a lot. If it does, it's a long-term asset.

A setup fee up front (covers discovery + sourcing + development), minority equity in the brand, and an operational royalty on net revenue. Our interest is aligned with yours: we only really win if the brand succeeds long term. No endless retainers, no hidden costs.

Both work. Some creators arrive with a fully formed idea — great. Others arrive with "I want to build something, not sure what" — also great. Our discovery was designed for both. In either case, what moves forward is what fits you and has a real shot at the market.

Let's talk.

No strings, no fine print. A first 30-minute conversation to see whether it makes sense for us to work together. If it does, we move forward. If it doesn't, you leave with something learned.
